The view across the bay consists of various beaches easily reached by kayak or car, wooded hills and pastures with a herd of wild elk, as well as beaches and dunes of Point Reyes National Seashore. Late afternoon and evening the sun shines into Tranquility, reflecting glistening silver off the mesmerizing bay, before setting over the hills, with an ever-changing palette of colors.
In the front yard is a colorful flower garden and relaxing spa. In the rear is a newly rebuilt deck, and a long solid dock for fishing, launching the tandem kayak, or hanging in hammock chairs over the water.
The spacious interior of Tranquility, with over 1,800 square feet, has been furnished in a Danish modern motif. There are two brand new bathrooms and the master bedroom is huge, with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, along with french doors and windows that offer water vie from a California King bed. There are two other smaller bedrooms, and rec room with a new 46" Samsung 1080p 240Mhz high definition TV, in addition to a Blue-ray DVD player, and DISH satellite TV, which also serves the TV in the master bedroom. There is a propane or charcoal bar-be-que in the front garden patio. The house is fenced with a locked gate and ADT alarm system (including fire) for privacy and security.
